Application for Registration Application must be made on a form obtained from and approved by the Society. It must be legibly completed, preferably in ink or typewritten. Online registration applications are acceptable if submitted on the Society approved online application form.

Color of animal Sex of animal to be registered Date of birth Ear tattoo marks Name, location and member code of the breeder Name, location and member code of the first owner.
